Role Overview:
As anElectrical Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. Youll serve as the single point of accountability for project delivery, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule goals are met while maintaining client satisfaction and safety standards.
The typical project values range from $250K to $4.5MM in the heavy commercial and light industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutLead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost trackingOversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervisionCoordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural)Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirementsMaintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunitiesPrepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentationsProvide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiencyQualifications:
Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project managementExpertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural workProficiency with MS Project, Word, ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writingAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressureBilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferredSelf-motivated with strong leadership and time management skillsWillingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other weekWhat We Offer:
