DTF Station, North America's leading provider of direct-to-film (DTF) printing equipment, is hiring a Field Service Technician based out of our Garden Grove, CA headquarters. This is a hybrid service role: about half your week is in the field at customer sites across Southern California installing and repairing equipment, and the other half is in our office resolving technical support tickets by phone, email, and remote sessions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Install, calibrate, and repair DTF printers and related equipment (powder shakers, curing ovens, heat presses) at customer locations
- Own and resolve inbound tech support tickets covering hardware, print quality, RIP software, and consumables
- Perform preventive maintenance and refurbishment on demo and customer machines
- Document every service visit and ticket in our support system
- Train customers on proper operation and maintenance during on-site visits
- Escalate recurring product issues to our technical lead
- Take on other duties as they come up; service needs shift week to week and everyone here pitches in
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong methodical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain technical fixes in plain language
- Comfortable being customer-facing, both in person and over the phone
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; able to lift 50 lbs
- Proficient with Windows; RIP software experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
