    Job Summary:

    DT Pro is seeking a Secretary II to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. . This role provides critical administrative and operational support to division leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and effective coordination across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Calendar Management: Strategically manages the Division Manager's schedule to optimize productivity and time management. This includes prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and proactively resolving any conflicts that may arise.Meeting Coordination: Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of meetings. This includes preparing and distributing agendas, booking conference rooms, arranging catering, and ensuring all necessary technology and materials are in place for both in-person and virtual meetings.Logistical Support: Provides on-site support for conference room meetings, which includes setting up audiovisual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.Document routing for internal and higher level signatures, including CO/TD.Maintaining the ACIO and D-ACIO calendar, and answering telephone calls on their behalf.Makes travel arrangements and creates orders in DTS for division staff. Including DISS visit requests. Prepares vouchers upon travelers’ return.Places orders for office supplies in PRT and DLA. Tracks orders and provides status to requester.Preparing and scheduling interviews.Assisting division managers with timekeeping by running reports and ensuring accuracy of time, as well as ensuring proper approvals are made.Preparing and sending formal correspondence IAW the Navy Correspondence Manual.Updates the staff directory and seating charts.Provide employment verifications.Assist various branches with a variety of duties, such as processing personnel actions, creating and managing training classes in Waypoints, issuing credit for training, supporting instructors to ensure training runs smoothly, audits and assembles various files.The described tasking requires for the incumbent to perform the duties on-site, however, telework can be considered situationally on a case-by-case basis.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Active DoD Secret Clearance.Experience providing administrative or executive support in a professional office environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.Strong calendar management and scheduling experience supporting senior leadership.Experience coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements (including DTS or similar systems).Ability to prepare, format, and route official correspondence in accordance with established guidelines (e.g., Navy Correspondence Manual).Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
    The compensation for this position: $24.45 hourly

    DT Professionals is seeking a Ordnance Inventory System-Retail (OIS-R) Operator (Management Analyst III) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position serves as a subject matter expert in ordnance inventory management, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, fiscal accountability, and operational effectiveness across all ammunition accountability processes.

    Responsibilities:Manage the Ordnance Inventory System–Retail (OIS-R) program, ensuring accurate accountability of ordnance, ordnance-related materials, and Ordnance Handling Equipment (OHE). Maintain compliance with NAVSUP P-724, NAVSEA, OPNAV, and other applicable regulations governing ammunition accountability and inventory management. Conduct inventory reconciliations, causative research, discrepancy investigations, physical inventories, and monthly accountability reporting, including UIR and OIAPC requirements. Develop and manage records retention programs, inventory documentation, and audit support activities to ensure continuous compliance and inspection readiness. Coordinate ordnance movements, logistics support, disposition requests, and in-transit inventory management with NAVSUP, AMMOPAC, fleet units, and other stakeholders. Maintain compliance-ready programs through ESSA, AMAR, TAV, and ESI requirements, including development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). Perform senior-level operational analysis, cost analysis, and program assessments to support resource allocation, funding decisions, and program prioritization. Prepare performance metrics, reports, executive briefings, and recommendations for leadership regarding program status, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Assess program risks, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that enhance accountability, efficiency, and readiness. Serve as a resource and trainer for fleet sentencing, ammunition accountability, inventory management, and ordnance logistics procedures. Support audits, inspections, data calls, and special projects as required.Minimum Requirements:Active Secret Clearance.Five (5) years of experience in ordnance management, ammunition accountability, inventory control, logistics operations, or related military/government programs. Experience utilizing OIS or similar inventory management systems. Knowledge of NAVSUP P-724 and Navy ammunition accountability requirements. Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and military logistics systems.Experience supporting audits, inspections, compliance programs, and corrective action initiatives. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:Completion of the following trainings:Munitions Rule TrainingAmmunition Supply Administration

This role supports the reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our facilities. The technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to maintaining system performance and occupant comfort.

    Responsibilities:Conduct routine, scheduled inspections of all HVAC systems and components, including rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and variable air volume (VAV) boxes.Test and calibrate system controls, thermostats, and building automation systems (BAS) to ensure they are functioning according to specifications and maintaining occupant comfort.Check and record system operating parameters (e.g., refrigerant pressures, voltage, amperage, and air temperatures) to ensure optimal performance and identify signs of potential failure.Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all preventative maintenance activities, parts used, and system conditions.Use this data to track equipment health and forecast future needs. Identify and report any potential issues, deficiencies, or recommended upgrades to facility management before they evolve into major failures.Systematically troubleshoot and diagnose the root cause of mechanical, electrical, and control system failures on a wide variety of HVAC equipment.Adhere to all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safe handling of tools and materials.Safely handle and manage refrigerants, including leak detection, recovery, recycling, and charging, in strict compliance with EPA regulations.Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schematics, and manufacturer technical manuals to perform maintenance and repairs.Clearly communicate with facility managers, building occupants, and team members regarding system status, repair timelines, and potential impacts on building operations.Minimum Requirements:Active Secret Clearance.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing commercial or industrial HVAC systems.Strong working knowledge of RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, and BAS Controls.Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues independentlyProficiency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsExperience with building automation systems (BAS) and control calibrationAbility to use diagnostic tools, gauges, multimeters, and testing equipmentSolid understanding of electrical systems (low and high voltage)Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety procedures, including LOTOExperience handling refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations.Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces.Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):Certificate from an HVAC program.
