Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of residential electrical projects to ensure timely completion.Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Provide training and guidance to field staff on best practices and safety protocols.Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize profitability.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders.Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly.
Requirements:
