Duties:
Present yourself in a professional manner at all times; uphold company imageProvide the customer with a complete assessment upon arrival to the homeProfessionally service customer's dryer vent system as indicated by inspection resultsOffer additional applicable products/services based on the inspection resultsAvailable to answer any questions and provide thorough responsesAccurately and legibly provide assessment and invoice when applicableClearly define and describe the features and benefits of products/services as requestedKeep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order/conditionQualifications:
2+years of forward facing customer experience2+years Hvac, carpentry, home improvement, and/or handyman experienceClean driving record with no citations in the last 3 yearsMust pass background checkExperience and strong comfort level working with toolsAbility to climb and handle ladders up to 20 feet in heightAbility to work within constricted spaces such as attics, crawlspace, or closetsAbility to work on rooftopsAbility to work required business hours and weekends when necessaryWhat we offer:
