The Assistant Shop Manager is the Shop Manager's key leadership partner and plays a critical role in driving the success of the shop. This position supports daily operations, leads the client experience, develops team members, drives sales performance, and ensures Drybar standards are consistently upheld. Key Responsibilities Lead and protect The Drybar Experience by ensuring exceptional service for every guest. Resolve client concerns professionally and provide service recovery when needed. Coach team members in hospitality, professionalism, and service standards. Support daily staffing, floor management, and operational execution. Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and accountability. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
