Your expertise in creating detailed and structurally sound designs will contribute significantly to the success and growth of our projects and clients.     ABOUT THE TRUSS DESIGNER ROLERead and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Understand structural load transfer.Produce individual designs and final layouts for wall, roof, and floor systems.Provide engineering support to customers when needed.Resolve architectural and design discrepancies if they arise.On occasion, Truss Designers meet with customers to review plans and answer any questions they may have.Prepares drawings for manufacturing and production teams.Prepares field layout for on-site installers.Maintains a high level of communication with all of the above parties.Truss Designers assist with other tasks as needed.Think of yourself as a virtual builder, building homes virtually before the material hits the job site.ABOUT YOUYou are a math wizard and enjoy the challenge of complex calculations.You are a lifetime learner and keep up with industry trends and software updates.You manage your time and energy to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.You get up faster than you got knocked down.You are athletic and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.You have done some great things that may not be listed on your resume but that's what makes you cool!     ABOUT THE ROLEAre you the point person that people ask when they need something fixed? As a maintenance technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and improving all equipment and systems, which keeps our location running smoothly. Drexel is looking for our next rockstar who has a knack for fixing things and loves to work on machines! We are looking for our next Framing Crew Carpenter Leader for projects in and around the Madison area (within a 1+ hour travel radius). Join our dynamic off-site construction team!
    ABOUT THE ROLE: Coaching and guiding the Carpenter Team leading them through their builds! Rough framing of both residential and commercial projects. Setting of panelized walls, floors, trusses and roofs.Erecting and working on scaffolding and climbing ladders for assembling structures above ground levels. Measuring and marking cut lines on materials using a tape measure, ruler, pencil, chalk, and marking gauge.Shaping or cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines and/or power saws. Able to read building plans.Keeping a clean work environment includes job sites, company vehicles, and job trailers. Must be comfortable working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments. Crane signaling.Utilizing common carpenter skills. Uber - Positive enthusiastic, winning attitude!Attention to detail and excellent communication. Working in the manufacturing plant as needed. Completing all required safety programs and following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Must be able to use power tools, tape measure, read and understand work instructions, materials, and communicate with customers, co-workers, and contractors to ensure excellent customer service. Requires great hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity. Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
