We are efficient.Provide the utmost customer service while unloading building materials ranging from nails to windows, with a smile on your face.Convey materials to or from vendor delivery vehicles, storage, work sites, or designated areas using forklift, dolly, and other devices.Maintain storage areas to ensure inventory is maintained and protectedProperly comprehend and fill out paperwork including invoices and reportsAssist customers with loading lumber and other building materials into personal vehicle or homeSliding stock inventory away.Must be athletic, flexible, adaptable whatever you want to call it - the only constant here is change.     YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare ship loose framing material lists for off-site projects.Quote panel jobs, including but not limited to: putting together and finalizing small and large quotes for sending out using Planswift estimating software and Spruce accounting software.Understand floor plans and products.Interpret project plans to accurately and efficiently quote projects.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Process change orders.
