We are looking to hire a Product Development Coordinator. As a PD Coordinator you will assist with the production cycle, from style adoption through shipment. Your contribution to the production process will be through factory communications, order placing, various approvals and execution, and follow-up throughout the product lifecycle. We are looking for someone with strong and detailed communication skills. The ideal candidate is an organized person who can stay on top of multiple projects and manage their calendar to help ensure the timely delivery of our products. Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily communication with overseas manufacturers and production offices.Collaborate daily with cross functional partners regarding challenges, solutions, and appropriate next steps. Demonstrate a working knowledge of the product development process from concept to finished product.Prepare purchase orders for overseas factories, track order details, and monitor production status to ensure on-time delivery.Monitor all time-and-action calendars and production charts.Responsible for follow-up on all product specifications, quality standards, lab dips, testing, sample deadlines, and deliveries.
