Set qualified leads and appointments, surpassing personal event goals.Plan and coordinate staff coverage for events in collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager.Lead event setup and take-down, ensuring a seamless experience.Demonstrate best practices in booking appointments, working alongside brand ambassadors at events.Provide training and coaching for event promoters, creating an environment of continuous improvement.Cultivate a culture of positive reinforcement at each event and retail location.Motivate event/retail staff to achieve their personal goals.Monitor and track promoter attendance, ensuring punctuality and compliance with policies.Act as the point of contact for brand ambassadors during events and campaigns.Track and report daily team results to the Field Marketing Manager.Conduct shift rollout and wrap-up meetings, discussing challenges and opportunities.Schedule additional training meetings with staff as needed.Develop or work with the Field Marketing Manager(s) to provide new training material, incentives, and games.Maintain professionalism and manage supply inventory for displays, banners, and event/retail materials.We Offer:
