We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and prospective membersProvide tours for prospective membersRespond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via emailMaintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk areaAccurately record client information and accept paymentsSchedule classes and appointmentsManage incoming and outgoing correspondenceEnsure gym rules and systems are followedQualifications:
Friendly and professional dispositionA passion for health and fitnessTwo or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong work ethicFamiliar with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling softwareAbility to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
