    Summary: The Post Producer at DramaBox oversees the post-production process for multiple in-house projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative standards are met. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional experienced in vertical series who understands both post-production processes and internet-based content. You will collaborate closely with the post production head and executive producers to manage projects from conception through delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with the companys creative vision. Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple post-production projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets while maintaining the companys creative content strategy. Provide clear and constructive creative feedback to editors, and other post-production team members to ensure alignment with the project's vision. Collaborate with the Post Production Coordinator to allocate resources and personnel effectively for each project, optimizing workload and timelines. Develop sustainable data and footage storage plans with the post production head to support efficient operations. Ensure post-production timelines and workflows are aligned with in-house production teams needs. Source and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, such as VFX houses and sound designers, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with outside vendors, and draft necessary documentation for agreements. Maintain oversight of the final quality and creative direction of all projects, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and standards. Note: This role is dynamic and may evolve. Responsibilities are not limited to the items listed above and may expand based on project needs and team goals. Qualifications: Problem-solver with a proactive attitude toward challenges. Bachelors degree or higher in film production or a related field. Proven experience as a post producer or similar role, particularly in vertical series, within a fast-paced creative environment. Strong understanding of post-production workflows and proficiency in video editing, visual effects, sound design, and color grading software. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams. Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in an international environment, effectively communicating across various time zones. Professional and discreet, committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection practices. Passionate about short drama content, with a strong desire to contribute to and grow within the role. Being Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Read Less
