    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob SummaryWe are a high-energy, fast-paced dental office seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who will serve as our Director of First Impressions—welcoming patients warmly both on the phone and in person. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of dental experience (Eaglesoft knowledge is preferred), loves what they do, and thrives in a people-focused, team-oriented environment. You must be upbeat, compassionate, organized, and comfortable working in a busy office where phones ring constantly and teamwork is essential. As part of our front office team, you’ll play a key role in managing patient flow, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional, personalized care. Spanish is required.  Responsibilities:

    Serve as the Director of First Impressions by greeting all patients warmly in person and over the phoneManage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and a positive attitudeSchedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using EaglesoftEducate patients on their dental care options and help them feel comfortable throughout the processMonitor progress toward patient care goals and ensure follow-through on all treatment plansAssist with training and onboarding front office staffWork collaboratively with a front office team of three others in a fast-paced, team-focused environmentQualifications:

    Associate Dentist – Multi-Specialty Dental Office

    We are a well-established, multi-specialty dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated associate dentist to join our team. This role is focused on general dentistry procedures such as fillings, crowns, root canals, simple extractions, crown preps, and routine exams.

    We offer a highly competitive compensation package: $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is higher. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.

    Responsibilities:

    Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and infections

    Provide general dentistry treatments including fillings, sealants, crown and bridge preps, root canals, and simple extractions

    Begin same-day treatment when clinically appropriate and feasible

    Refer patients to specialists when needed for more complex care

    Supervise and support dental assistants, including training and development

    Maintain a high standard of care in compliance with current health and safety regulations

    Deliver efficient, patient-centered care with excellent chairside manner

    Qualifications:

    DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

    Current California state dental license

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dentistry (preferred)

    Minimum of five years of experience in private practice or clinical setting (preferred)

    Current CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications

    Strong knowledge of dental best practices and industry standards

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Professional, dependable, and committed to quality patient care
