    This role requires a positive and outgoing attitude, attention to detail, the ability to be a team player and to provide excellent customer service, act as the subject matter expert for our product lines and services as well as ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service.Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders.Providing and recommending solutions to the customer.Placing and receiving purchase orders.Quoting and invoice processing.Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.

    Required Skills and Abilities

    Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment.Excellent listening and communication skills.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

    Education and Experience

    1-2+ years of sales experience required, preferably with a focus on consumables and site services.Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred.Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus.Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

    DPR Construction is seeking a Waterproofing Carpenter/Foreman for our Self Perform Division 7 team with commercial construction experience, in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.


    Experience is required in commercial waterproofing and fire prevention scopes:

    Air barriers.Joint sealants.Floor polishing.Below Grade waterproofing.Hot applied waterproofing.Under-slab waterproofing.Firestopping.Expansion joint install.


    We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple demanding tasks while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

    Excellent listening skills and have strong communication ability.Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Ability to create and support team morale.Strong technical knowledge in Moisture and Fire Protection.Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, Accounting cost management software and scheduling software.A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.


    Physical requirements:

    Ability to lift up to 50 lb.Working on hot/cold weather and in heights.Must wear all PPE required at the job site.It may involve working in a dusty environment.
