At least 2 years of experience in electrical, industrial or commercial construction.At least 5 years working for a manufacturing, healthcare, hospital or construction company is a plus.Cutting, assembling, and wiring and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure.Ability to read a tape measure.Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeter, connectors, etc.).Experience in lean manufacturing is a plus.Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of electric systems and materials are required.Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.Ability to take directions and work in a team environment.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusPhysical Environment

The Operator uses a variety of machines and shop tools such as wrenches, feeler gauges, and computerized controls for the roll former. There is also use of band saws, drills, grinders, gauges, and material handling devices while performing additional work as steel saw operator.
We are looking for someone that is mechanically inclined(Machinist), that can operate but do repairs as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Working Lead to achieve the production goals to meet or exceed daily goals. Plan, Do, Adjust.
· Perform any area inspections and/or preventative maintenance needed daily (or as scheduled).
· Report labor tracking for group daily.
· Maintains setup charts for all sets of roll form tooling.
· Performs tooling setup and line changeover on roll form machine to produce roll form cross sections to print specifications.
· Performs setup/equipment adjustments as necessary to maintain dimensional tolerances of cross sections being produced.
· Performs routine/scheduled maintenance on all roll form line equipment, keeping a log of all maintenance performed.
· Trains other employees in basic roll form operation and support function.
· Reads basic blueprints and sketches to fabricate metal components.
· Sets up and operates machines to produce specified components. Makes minor machine adjustments to insure satisfactory production.
· Operates equipment under strict safety requirements.
· Manage machine operators to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished work pieces.
· Properly fill out coil tags, ensuring footage is correct to aid with inventory in D365.
· Check panel for quality, width, and length.
· Stocking and organizing carts of produced parts as required by next work area.
· Maintain usage logs - scrap, loose framing material, other misc. items.

· Basic computer skills, working in Smarts Sheets, Excel and Word.
