Dove Healthcare - Spooner Assisted Living, a 14-bed Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), has an opening for an assistant director. This position assists with the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising staff.
As the facility director/RN, you will:
respond to any family and/or resident concerns tour perspective families and/or residents round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulationsconduct audits per CBRF registry maintain employee schedules maintain attendance and payroll recordsparticipate in recruitment and retention activitiesRequired Qualifications:
