    SCOPE AND PURPOSE: To work alongside Superintendents and Laborers on active commercial construction site to ensure installations and finishes are done properly. The Restoration Technician will work in a safe and timely manner, troubleshoot, and work as a liaison between superintendents and the job site. The technician will report directly to superintendent.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include, but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned.

    JOB SITE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Patching holes and drywall on construction site.Painting and other finishes within job sites.Work closely with subcontractors and other Douglas Emmett employees.Understand the plans and properly communicate changes.Organize tools and materials on job site and storage.Aid superintendents through meeting subcontractors, assisting to gain entrance to suites or buildings, including off-hours, and assisting in the protection of work areas.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To oversee all the field employees from the superintendents to the laborers, to ensure company policies and procedures are being administered on construction sites. To monitor and troubleshoot construction processes from beginning until completion.

    GENERAL OPERATIONS

    · Review all new projects for assignment of job supervision/distribution of field responsibilities

    · Coordinate transition of field staff changes
