Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the main point of contact for our policyholders.
Process policy renewals, endorsements, and audits with precision.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation within our internal systems for all client interactions.
Assist the sales team in preparing submissions and marketing new business opportunities.
New York State Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
Working knowledge of agency management systems and carrier portals.
High level of comfort with Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with comparative rating software.
