Double Oak Erosion is looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting field crews with a variety of tasks related to erosion control, site maintenance, and general construction work.

Responsibilities:
Drive company trucks to and from job sitesAssist with installation of erosion control measures (silt fence, sandbags, inlet protection, etc.)Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials and site cleanupSupport maintenance of job sites, ponds, and drainage systemsFollow safety guidelines and company procedures at all timesWork as part of a team to complete projects efficientlyRequirements:
Valid driver’s license (required)Experience driving trucks/trailers preferredAbility to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditionsConstruction or landscaping experience is a plus, but not requiredMust be dependable, punctual, and willing to learnWhat We Offer:

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to join our field team. This position involves hands-on outdoor work, driving crew members to job sites, and assisting with installation of erosion control and landscaping materials.

Responsibilities
Drive crew and equipment to and from job sites safelyInstall erosion control measures (silt fence, wattles, inlet protection, etc.)Perform general labor including digging, lifting, hauling, and site cleanupAssist with landscaping tasks such as grading, seeding, and sod installationLoad and unload tools, materials, and equipmentFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with crew leaders and supervisorsRequirements
Valid Texas Driver’s License (clean driving record required)Ability to drive trucks and trailers (experience preferred)Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, uneven terrain)Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedlyReliable transportation to/from yardPunctual, dependable, and team-orientedPreferred Qualifications
