Job Description Responsibilities Support the origination of investment banking transaction mandates for middle market and emerging growth clients such as buy and sell-side M Preparing financial analysis and valuation including LBO modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, accretion and dilution, IPO pro forma modeling, comparative company and precedent transaction analysis, and sum of parts valuation using financial modeling best practices; Reviewing financial, commercial, legal, taxation due diligence findings and incorporating these into valuation analysis and company positioning materials; Preparing marketing and deal origination materials with updates on the macroeconomic environment, equity and debt markets and M Researching, peer benchmarking and developing strategic ideas including bolt-on acquisitions, mergers and capital raise; Preparing materials including board materials, CIMs, company teasers and management presentations; and, Reviewing and providing input into transaction documentation including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements and offer memorandums. 15% domestic travel required, as necessary. The employer will accept 2 years of Finance experience in lieu of a degree in a stated field.
