The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for contributing to the North Americas Finance team, partnering with operations and supply chain team to provide meaningful performance insight, ongoing analysis of product cost, development of new product cost, inventory control and margin analysis to support decision making processes.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting both day-to-day operational finance tasks and long-term strategic planning. Key responsibilities include driving the annual budget process, tracking performance against targets, supporting the month-end close, monitoring inventory, and evaluating productivity initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Track and analyze monthly plant performance against targets; identify variances and recommend corrective actions driving operational support and financial decision-makingLocal rollout of the Global Operations Controlling Manual, ensuring adoption of standardized processes and reporting practices; provide accurate, timely reporting of key metrics and operational KPIs aligned with global finance standardsParticipate in and lead strategic corporate initiatives to enhance productivity and support continuous improvement and track project outcomes and support business cases with financial modeling and analysisSupport the Medium-Term Plan and Annual Budget processes by coordinating inputs and managing planning calendars, and support forecast updates, scenario modeling, and variance analysisAssist in the month-end close process by validating results, balance sheet reviews, collaborating with dormakaba shared services and ensuring alignment with operational performance
WHAT WE REQUIRE
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A in a manufacturing environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related fieldProficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); ERP system experienceWorking knowledge in manufacturing environment with standard based accounting system

dormakaba is seeking a Third Shift (10:00PM – 6:30AM) Machinist based in Indianapolis, IN. The Machinist I is responsible for performing machine setups, tool changes, and adjusting as necessary.
HOURLY HIRING RANGE: $18.56/hr. - $27.31/hr. plus $.75/hr. shift differential. Mandatory overtime may be required as needed. (Pay rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operate the machine according to standard operating instructions (SOP) Document and inspect quality of work per Quality Assurance Inspection Procedure (QAIP) Use micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and comparators

High school diploma or equivalent Extensive experience operating, setups, tool changes, etc. Understanding of shop math & blueprint reading/comprehension Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Ability to perform advanced quality inspections Fluency in both verbal and written English
