Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery commitments.
Manage production resources including manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient and stable manufacturing operations.
Maintain, analyze, and validate production data using SAP/ERP or MES systems for accuracy and performance improvement.
Develop and communicate production plans based on inventory levels, capacity constraints, and customer forecasts.
Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production, material, and equipment issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, CI (Continuous Improvement), and 5S methodologies.
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (output, downtime, yield, and cost efficiency).
Support preventive maintenance planning and collaborate with technical teams to enhance equipment reliability.
Participate in new product introductions, process validation, and production readiness activities.
Prepare production, performance, and cost reports for management review and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional departments to share best practices and support improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and at least 6 months of relevant experience in production management for automotive parts manufacturing.
