    Drivers can earn between $85,000-100,000 in their first year

    The Domino's Class A Commercial Truck Driver safely drives commercial company vehicles over or on established route(s) to deliver products to Domino's Pizza store locations. The Class A Commercial Truck Drivers will unload products at each customer location, provide customer service to stores, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and deliver them back to Domino's Supply Chain Center.

    Schedule: Dispatch is 5pm for OTR and 3am for Local. Drivers schedule would be either 2 OTR routes a week, 2 locals/1 OTR, or 4 Locals, depending on need. Must be open to working box local and OTR.

    We deliver to the Domino's pizza stores in MN, WI, Upper Peninsula MI, NE, SD, ND

    Compensation: Drivers paid by weight and miles and can earn between $85,000-100,000 in their first year

    On occasion, the Commercial Truck Driver may be asked to shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All Domino's team members ensure that all tasks performed are done in a safe manner, including wearing proper PPE.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    Manage and coordinate the Delivery and Service department, including formulating policies, programs, and procedures for schedules, rates, routes, backhauls, and assignment of drivers and vehicles.Build and maintain positive customer relationships, manage customer service complaints, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, local laws, and transportation regulations.Lead the D&S team by recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members.     Assist Production leaders with the coordination of production team members engaged in the production of pizza dough in accordance with established company/industry standards and procedures.     Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES 

     

    Production – Dough Processing 

    Start, stop, and handle changeovers for Doughbot (automated center)

    Set up all equipment in production area prior to making dough 

    Scale and metering equipment must be check weighed equal to its usage and documented 

    Thermometers must be calibrated and checked against a certified thermometer 

    Yeast slurry and mixer timers checked and calibrated at the start of each production day 

    Ensure team members rotate for breaks and complete daily dough requirement by size 

    Assist team with meeting production goals by working in rotation as needed 

    Perform batch setup and mixing of dough production process 

    Ensure team members rotate for breaks and complete daily dough requirement by size 

    Stack filled dough trays and prepares for shipment 

    Load tray washer by placing soiled trays onto feeder conveyor 

    Monitor quality of dough product 

    Dough ball proof checks 

    Videojet/Ink Jet monitoring (Label Accuracy Checklist) 

    Understand what clean out mood details: Move Trays Down the Line / Tray Run Out = Starts the sanitation clean out process  

    Recipe Counter: Keep track of what we are producing 

    Complete Tray wash and Sifter checks at the intervals set by Quality Assurance 

    Accurately complete all necessary paperwork 

     

    Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Safety Champion and Certified Trainer  

    Maintain safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, and local, state, and federal requirements  

    Achieve and maintain department training certifications, including Certified Trainer certification   

    Assist in training and onboarding of new hires utilizing provided materials – Hear, See, Do, Teach method  

    Provide feedback to leadership on new hire onboarding progress  

    Participate in training sessions  

    Review all documentation in production room and complete all necessary paperwork 

    Achieve and maintain dough certification 

    Achieve and maintain FSQA certification if required at the site 

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS 

    High school diploma or GED, some college courses preferred  

    1-2 years of manufacturing or bakery experience  

    Effective communication and listening skills 

    Ability to build trusting relationships with new team members  

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software  

    Maintain forklift certification  

    Must successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date 

    Strong desire to grow and advance in leadership positions

    Job Description

    Domino's Supply Chain Center is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join the team. This position requires the technical skills to safely design, evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and install production equipment. Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Computer Controls are skills that are required. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance of a distribution and manufacturing facility, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of machinery relating to food processing equipment, physical structures, and mechanical and electrical systems. In addition, the Maintenance Technician must possess an awareness and understanding of how to work safely on mechanical and electrical equipment in a production environment.

    Shift: 11pm - 7am Rotating night

    Salary: $34 per hour w/ 2 % TAD Bonus

    Responsibilities and Duties
                                                                                                            
    Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery and equipment

    Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions.Discuss machine operation variations with a supervisor or other team members to diagnose problems and repair machines.Install, repair, or replace electrical devices such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety and limit switches.Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.Install, program, and troubleshoot automated machinery and Programmable Logic Controlle.rsInstall, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment.Service and repair material handling equipment.Monitor the main electrical panel and troubleshoot as necessary.Repair and maintain boilers, water heaters, water conditioning equipment, and all water distribution systems.

    Follow established preventative maintenance guidelines

    Perform all necessary maintenance and update logs as necessaryReport major problems to the supervisor

    Maintain building through painting, repairing minor structural problems, and other repairs as necessary

    Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishmentGeneral maintenance repairs of office and building

    Ensure proper adherence to all safety and government guidelines

    Identify safety issues with machines; document issues; develop an action plan to resolve concerns; follow up to ensure problems are resolvedMonitor machines to ensure all levels are within EPA, OSHA, and other government guidelines; develop an action plan to resolve issues if not; follow up to ensure problems are resolved

    Miscellaneous duties
