Using our Bingham Farms, Michigan, Location as your home base, you will be responsible for executing business strategies to maximize community success.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of multifamily property management experienceMinimum 1 year managing multiple sitesYardiOne and RentCafe experience requiredUnit design and remodel experience preferredExperience in developing and managing budgetsKnowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and all regulationsEssential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to openly communicate, take direction, and work hand in hand with Vice President of Asset ManagementPreparation and presentation of monthly reports to ownership groupAssist Property Managers with preparation of monthly financial accounting reports and explanation of budget variances, as well as preparing marketing plans, vendor contracts, and budgetsSupport all sites with questions and concerns while working with HR to resolve staff issuesResponsible for hiring and training of on-site staffPrepare specifications and obtain estimates for capital expendituresWork closely with accounting team to ensure financial policies and procedures are followedAble to communicate effectively within the organization, both verbally and in writingAble to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and appropriate follow throughExhibit excellent leadership skills to influence team performanceCarry out duties as assigned by Company leadershipBenefits
