DomainTools is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend team. We want you to research, develop and deliver cutting edge code in our near-real time large volume data systems. We predict, detect, expand, process, deliver and continually monitor changes in the Internet to create a safe, secure, and open Internet for everyone!
We have created a developer-centric platform that allows for continuous integration and deployment of our world class security applications to our hybrid cloud environment. We are curating a list of best in class tools while building what is missing to make getting our jobs done easier.
Work closely with small, highly collaborative Operations and Development teams to architect and deploy high impact security solutions. As a Senior member of the team, you can provide technical leadership, evangelize Dev-Ops culture and demonstrate best practices including observability / metrics and security.

Key Applicant Qualifications
5+ years of professional development experience using Python, GoLang, Rust or equivalent languages3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience in AWS, Docker and Kubernetes3+ years of scalable data engineering experience using data stores like ElasticSearch, Postgres, CockroachDB, MySQL, Hive, and Spark5+ years Linux/Unix experiencePositive attitude, high initiative and history of good productivity that adds valueAttention to detail and high quality resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coordinate between teamsExcited about security spacePluses
