    What you will do as an Electronics Engineer: Design and develop electronic circuits and systems for various applicationsCreate and optimize printed circuit board layouts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practicesBuild and test prototypes to validate designs and identify potential improvementsDiagnose and resolve issues with electronic circuits and systems, providing technical support as neededPrepare detailed design documentation, including schematics, bill of materials (BOM), and assembly instructionsWork closely with process engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into productionIdentify opportunities for process and product improvements, and contribute to the implementation of solutionsProvide technical assistance to customers and address any engineering-related inquiries
    What you need to be an Electronics Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldProven experience in electronic circuit design and PCB layoutProficiency in design software such as Altium, Eagle, or similar toolsStrong understanding of electronic components, systems, and manufacturing processesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with embedded systems and microcontroller programming is a plusKnowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electronics design and manufacturing

  • Quality Assurance Manager

    Are you a seasoned Quality Manager? Do you have proven experience leading ISO 9001 and AS9100 audit preparation and compliance? Wonderful. Doherty Career Solutions is partnering with a company located in the Greater Alexandria, MN area as they look for a Quality Manager to join the thriving team. The Quality Manager is responsible for the supervision of all Quality personnel and Quality requirements throughout the manufacturing floor. This position is M-F and offers a salary of $70,000-90,000 depending upon experience.
    ResponsibilitiesManage all areas of Quality department. Manages all Quality data and documentation. ISO certification efforts, meet planned deadlines and coordinates activities and procedures necessary to achieve that goal.Lead all audits.Handle all customer interactions regarding Quality.Adress all Quality concerns and material concerns. Manage all Quality related projects.Support staff, lead trainings and directly manage Quality team.Performs other duties as assigned.
    Skills and BackgroundB.S. Degree in related field of study or a combined education and work experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.Strong communication and written skills. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as solid geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Familiarity with ISO standards, internal audits, customer quality requirements, and hands-on process improvement is highly preferred.Strong leadership and training skills. Strong time management and project skills with the ability to stick to deadlines and represent findings.
