What You’ll Do as a Senior Manufacturing Planner:Develop and manage detailed production schedules aligned with the Master Production Schedule (MPS)Translate customer forecasts and orders into executable production and material plansIdentify capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule risks; recommend solutionsCoordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to support production executionMonitor material availability and adjust schedules based on demand or supply changesMaintain accurate ERP/MRP data including BOMs, lead times, and inventory parametersTrack key KPIs such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery and recommend improvementsWhat You Need to Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of materials or production planning experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of MPS, MRP, and capacity planning principlesExperience working within ERP/MRP systemsStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and make data-driven decisionsEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyAPICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or S&OP/IBP experience preferred#SMNCareers#CareerChangeByDohertyReady to Apply?
