We are seeking candidates for Machine Operator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $18.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What You Will Do As A Machine Operator: Monitor, measure, and record work pieces per documented procedures by testing and inspecting products Use a variety of metrologies including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, height gages, thread gages, pin gages, check fixtures, and laser vision to ensure accuracy of machine operation and conformance to quality standards Perform minor machine preventative maintenance such as checking machine fluids, oiling machines, dies, or work pieces Maintain a clean and efficient workspace Reference prints and work instructions to determine the appropriate materials, resources, and proper tooling Install, align, and lock specific punches, dies, or fixtures in machine beds in accordance with work instructions Analyze and resolve work problems What You Need To Be A Machine Operator: High School Diploma or GED Strong math skills, visual inspection, and computer abilities Ability to interpret work from prints, work orders, specifications, and verbal directions Demonstrate commitment to quality and possess exceptional attention to detail Familiarity and compliance with ISO 9001 standards and practices Willingness to wear required PPE (hair, beard net, bump hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed shoes, rubber shoes, respirator) Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Click Apply Now to complete our mobile-friendly, online application.
