The Front Desk staff is our front-line connection to our pet parents and a vital part of creating a welcoming environment.
Duties include:
· Answers emails, calls, and questions from pet parents
· Accurately record health and behavioral notes in daily activity log and communicate those with both shifts
· Is knowledgeable on all services and pricing
· Conduct opening and closing procedures including transaction totals and balancing the cash drawer
· Greeting all customers promptly with a smile
· Effectively communicates health and behavior concerns with pet parents in a professional manner
· Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk. Assists in holding everyone accountable to Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards
· Consistent and timely attendance
· Adherence to uniform policy
· Completion of all required training
· Manages all transaction on POS and Digital System
· Assists in Social Media
· Manage all scheduling and paperwork associated with daily Meet & Greet appointments
· Scheduling all Daycare, Boarding, and Spa Services
· Communicates any Pet Parent special requirements to Canine Coaches
· Manages all customer check-in/check-out for Daycare, Boarding, and Spa
· Inventory management of cleaning and dog supplies
· Assist in Canine Coach or Rover duties as needed

Job Function
· Interact and engage in a multitude of activities with a playroom of dogs, including group sit, follow the leader, and playroom agility
· Monitor safe play throughout the day with dogs of various sizes
· Maintain communication with shift leader during playtime
· Fast pace work environment, constantly moving
· Work with other team members to maintain a clean and safe environment
· Daily cleaning of the playroom and facility
Job Requirements
· Completion of required training online and on the job
· Previous professional experience with dog
· Maintain control of a large groups of dogs
· High level of attentiveness
· Ability to spend upto 100% of work time on your feet
· Ability to bend, stoop and lift repeatedly during shift
· Adhere to standards of cleaning through out the shift

Qualifications:
· Must love dogs
· Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
· Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
· Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast paced environment
