We are seeking Customer Service Associates for our retail stores. Customer Service Associates create and maintain a sense of community in our stores through excellent customer engagement, product knowledge, and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage customers and their pets when they visit our storesUse product knowledge and customer service to assist customers with an inquires or concernsCreate a warm, welcoming environment for our customersKeep the store clean, organized, and fully stockedFinalize transactions via our POS systemProcess and stock weekly shipmentsMaintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer complaintsTake care of our shelter dogs and process adoption applicationsCheck in grooming clients and make appointments as neededCommunicate and work with a team to increase sales goals and complete store project and daily tasks.Determine customer needs and offer suggestions where applicable

$1,500 sign on bonus for full time groomers! Bonus is given out on a quarterly basis.
We also take pride in our partnership with our local rescue, ACCT. Through our adoption program, our associates help homeless dogs find their humans.

Doggie Style Pets is hiring a Store Manager for our Philly locations.
They ensure operational excellence, maintain store standards, and support and manage store staff. All employees at Doggie Style Pets are expected to provide excellent customer service. Managers are responsible for creating a positive, fast-paced and productive workplace.
The store manager’s regular schedule will be Tuesdays through Saturdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Store Management Responsibilities including staff management, development and training.
Manage the customer experience in our retail locations and ensure the best-in-class customer service and experience for our customers.
Daily management tasks may include:
Creating a schedule for customer service staffTraining newly hired customer service staffMaintaining inventoryMaintaining store standards including dress code, and store appearanceKeep current on all products and services offered by the companyManage our grooming business, services and schedules at each locationComplete weekly store checklist and review with senior management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesMust have strong organizational and management skills, as well as attention to detailStrong written and oral communication skillsThe ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same timeHave the ability to have conversations about performance and willingness to correct performance issuesCustomer service focus and experienceStaff management and development experienceKnowledge and experience with pets is a plus.Love of animals is a mustBe business focused
