    Accounts Receivable Specialist Work in the accounts receivable area of the accounting department with minimal supervision with an emphasis on resolving past due balances. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain customer records including handling credit limits and A/R according to policy. Apply customer payments via credit cards, wires, ACHs, and checks. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Process credit card payments and credits Review open accounts for collection efforts and make decisions on pending orders, closing accounts, and recommendations for extending additional credit. Make outbound collection calls. Communicate with internal and external customers by telephone and by mail to investigate complaints, verify the accuracy of charges, or correct errors in accounts. Cross-train on billing tasks Match invoices to receiving documents. Post invoices in the accounting system Send customer statements. Other projects assigned as necessary Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred: Associate degree or 4 years of equivalent experience Knowledge and experience of accounting/financial terms and procedures Strong knowledge of PC and typing skills Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Be motivated, a self-starter, and a team player. Able to critically think and problem-solve. Professional with excellent interpersonal skills Able to plan, be organized, and prioritize daily activities.     Job Purpose

    Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for designing and implement process improvement in data accuracy, collection, storage, sharing and presentation for the Supply Chain Team.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    With input from the purchasing team, production scheduling, operations management and both internal and external customers:

    Lead order management of incoming sales orders and demand planning necessary to fulfill orders. Establish and utilize analytics to determine actions to satisfy customer demand.Analyze sales demand, forecasted demand, production plan, and actual production as primary input into supply chain and operations decisions.Coordinate writing, review and approval procedures for all operations department stakeholders of written processes. Publish approved procedures in a way that supports document control and training.Map or flow chart SC processes and participate in mapping other processes with significant SC touch points.Lead time study of warehouse and operations activities as a primary activity. Time study support or office activities as a lower priority activity.Understand the cadence of SC department outputs and seek to provide sustainable methods to quickly collect necessary data and organize into easily read and analyzed formats.Analyze data, information, and physical product flow into, inside, and out of DNP. Recommend process improvements for safety, cost, quality, delivery, inventory control, new product development, logistics, or other business activities.Lead transformation of management processes into administrative processes and automate administrative processes. In all cases seek sustainability, independent of the person or people currently in relevant role(s).Liaison with IT for report creation and SC/operations process improvementKeep other departments informed of relevant changes being pursued and work to recommend or participate in efforts to improve across multiple functional areasDiscover and recommend ways to leverage new technology to improve product or information flowAutomate review, tracking and publishing of order entry accuracy to rules and procedure with a list of corrective action needed to comply.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, computer programming or equivalent experience preferred3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing supply chain professional roleCreative and Detailed Problem SolverIntermediate+ skill in ExcelERP experience, Procedure writing experience.Excellent mathematical and analytical skillsPattern recognition and ability to develop actionable insights from data.Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships. Project Implementation experience is preferred., Epicor experience is preferred.Multi-lingual English/Japanese strongly preferred

    Physical Demands

    Open office working environment, production and warehouse environment.Sitting/standing at desk working with laptop or desktop monitor throughout the dayWalking and working on the manufacturing floor throughout the day

    Safety Requirements

    Wear appropriate PPE in manufacturing areas.Promptly report any observed safety issues: conditions or behavior.Learn and follow all plant safety rules and guidelines
