As a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk at DN, you will maintain an accurate warehouse inventory and recording data related to inventory and equipment. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will become an integral member of the warehouse team, alongside the warehouse and local procurement teams. Primary Responsibilities Conduct routine and scheduled cycle counts to ensure precise inventory levels, supporting operational efficiency and project readiness Investigate and reconcile inventory variances by collaborating with team members and reviewing transaction histories to maintain data integrity Prepare and analyze comprehensive reorder reports, proactively identifying lowstock items to prevent delays in construction timelines Maintain an up-to-date and accurate deployment log of tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring accountability and traceability across job sites Accurately receive and verify purchase orders (POs), documenting all incoming materials and coordinating with procurement and accounts payable as needed Collaborate with project managers and procurement to forecast inventory coverage and material availability, supporting job site readiness and minimizing downtime Oversee inventory management and accuracy by implementing best practices, organizing storage areas, and continuously improving warehouse processes Support cross-functional teams by ensuring materials and supplies are readily available and properly tracked throughout the construction project lifecycle Perform thorough inspections of materials, including shoring, forms, and related components, to ensure quality, compliance, and readiness for use. Follow all safety procedures and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Skills data entry will be in excess of 75% Ability to perform basic math calculations Ability to conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient keyboarding skills Concern for order and quality Technical skills Dependability Personal organization Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1 - 3 years of inventory control experience Previous data entry/warehouse operations experience required Experience with computer-based inventory systems Working knowledge of cycle counting within an active warehouse Knowledge of small package and LTL (Less than Truckload) shipping High energy and proven ability to drive for results Bilingual Spanish/English is required Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to do light lifting and bending Must be able to navigate an active warehouse and reach items both high and low Must be able to work indoor/outdoor DN is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. As an Associate Preconstruction Estimator at DN, you'll be responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting budgetary and bid level estimates for current and future projects to the Estimating team. This role is vital to the success and planning of our builds, and is a great opportunity for a candidate to build a future in construction. Primary Responsibilities: Review project bid documents and correspondences to develop a thorough understanding of the scope of work and potential risks relating to the project estimate. Prepare and submit Requests For Information (RFIs) for items that need resolution with direction from the Estimating team to to properly prepare the detailed estimate. Perform quantity surveys and takeoffs to develop a detailed basis of estimate for assigned scope of work. Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver a Proposal Letter to General Contractors identifying the scope of work to be performed by DN and performed by the General Contractor. Coordinate with the Preconstruction Estimator, Procurement and Cost Estimator to solicit participation from subcontractors and vendors required to support the scope of work, ensuring timely delivery of their quotation. Prepare subcontractor and vendor cost comparison analysis to assist in determining the lowest qualified subcontractor and/or vendor to carry into the bid/proposal. Assist in the preparation of preliminary project construction schedules to support the basis of bid. Assist in the preparation and development of the basis of estimate for assigned scope of work. As directed, assist in the preparation of the Post Bid Report. Assist in scheduling and facilitating hand-off meetings and in generating hand-off packages. Assist project team with value engineering pricing requests/support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or other technical field such as Construction Management. 1+ year of professional experience preferably in the municipal, consulting or construction related industry. DN Tanks is seeking a skilled Carpenter Journeyman to join our craft labor team, with key responsibilities throughout all phases of the tank building process. Our carpenters set the pace of work, assisting other local workers with knowledge and guidance for performing the work safely and with quality, and help us keep the world's most precious resource safe. Carpenters are responsible for managing the following tasks at the direction of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent and Foreman. Primary Responsibilities Complete assignments in a timely fashion with little supervision; ask for additional information when tasks or assignments are unclear and supports the daily plan. Understand the tank building process and identify the next tasks to be completed in the process. Interprets shoring drawings to install and remove shoring. Assist in forming pipe pits. Assist in training apprentices and new local workers. Follow safety procedures and understand DN Tanks safety policies. Plan safety into each operation and identify or remove hazards immediately as part of the task without being asked. Promote clean, safe work practices by watching over other employees while performing work. Follow quality control (QC) program, understand construction tolerances, and report any quality defects immediately. Qualifications Operate and maintain DN Tanks tools and equipment. Ability to travel to project sites throughout the United States at the direction of the Field Operations Manager. Ability to climb and perform tasks at heights on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, shoring, and scaffolds.
