What You’ll Do
As a Restoration Supervisor / Production Manager, you’ll lead disaster recovery projects from start to finish—ensuring quality work, satisfied customers, and lead carpet cleaning crew.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and supervising crews on water, fire, mold, and carpet cleaning jobsPreparing job sites, loading equipment, and ensuring your team is ready for actionManage equipmentPerforming hands-on work including:Water extractionOn site estimatesMonitoring drying progress and making daily adjustments using readings and dataCommunicating clearly with customers about processes, timelines, and next stepsDocumenting jobs thoroughly (photos, notes, reports) for insurance purposesEnsuring all equipment, vehicles, and materials are properly maintainedInspecting completed work, securing approvals, and assisting with paymentsResolving customer concerns and keeping leadership informed

Required:
On-call availability (rotating schedule)Strong communication and customer service skillsPositive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to work hardAbility to use mobile apps/software for job documentationAbility to follow instructions and prioritize tasksClean, professional appearance
Preferred (but not required):
WTR (Water Damage Restoration Technician)ASD (Applied Structural Drying Technician)Mold Certification
Physical & Work Requirements
Lift and move up to 70 lbs. regularlyStand, walk, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periodsWork indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsAbility to wear a respirator when required (must seal properly)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures

Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
