    D&M Leasing, we are looking to hire a skilled Client Retention Specialist / BDC Representative to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have BDC or internet sales experience in a dealership.

    Responsibilities:

    Skillfully handle heavy incoming phone and online inquiriesHigh outbound phone work expectations for prospective clientsRecord customer information and feedback in our specialized software systemCoordinate appointments and follow up with customers who missed appointmentsMaintain an in-depth understanding of our product offeringsAlways uphold strict confidentialityDemonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions, whether on the phone or online

    Qualifications:

    2 years of Dealership experience requiredHeavy call volume experience of outbound and inboundEssential multitasking and stress management skillsA high sense of urgency and a commitment to making sound decisionsEffective time management to meet and exceed company metrics and goalsSelf-motivated and independent, not discouraged by receiving no's on the phone
