This role involves delivering operational training for United States Marine Corps (USMC) systems within the Air Command and Control System (AC2SN) portfolio. The candidate is responsible for creating, updating, and delivering curriculum and instructional content for training events such as: New Equipment Training (NET) Delta training (for updates/upgrades) On-Site and Over-the-Shoulder instruction (real-time operational training) Key elements of the role include: Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on USMC systems Providing hands-on training and simulation-based education Generating after-action documentation and reporting Supporting mission readiness of Marine Corps personnel The candidate is expected to have extensive background as a Radar Watch Supervisor and Air Traffic Controller (Approach/Arrival and Final Controller), along with certifications such as: MAWTS-1 C3 WTI (Weapons and Tactics Instructor) Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO)
