Position Summary
Dual-role hospitality professional managing front desk operations and lounge services. Welcomes guests, manages reservations, mixes drinks, and ensures an exceptional guest experience.
Front Desk Responsibilities
Check guests in and out efficiently.Manage reservations via the property management system.Process payments, cash handling, and billing accurately.Answer phone calls and route inquiries properly.Resolve guest complaints with a positive attitude.Provide local recommendations and directions to guests.Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby area.Bar & Lounge Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Take food orders and serve lounge menu items.Verify legal drinking age for all customers.Ring up lounge sales accurately in the POS system.Clean bar counters, glasses, utensils, and seating areas.Restock bar inventory, ice, and lounge supplies daily.Follow all local and state liquor laws strictly.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous hospitality or bartending experience preferred.Strong communication and multitasking skills.Proficient with computers and point-of-sale systems.Must meet state minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.Required state alcohol server certification (or willingness to obtain).Ability to stand for long periods.Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds.Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
