  We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one community support to an individual with developmental disabilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others build independence while participating in meaningful community activities.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  Provide person-centered support during community outings.Assist with communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.Encourage participation in recreational and community-based activities.Ensure the individual's health, safety, and well-being at all times.Transport the individual to and from scheduled community activities as needed.Complete accurate documentation and progress notes.Maintain professionalism and effective communication with supervisors and family members.Qualifications
  
  Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or related conditions is preferred.Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.Ability to pass a criminal background check.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.Dependable, patient, and committed to providing high-quality support.Schedule

  We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Community Engagement Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and community inclusion.
  
  In this role, you will provide one-on-one support while helping individuals build daily living, communication, and social skills through meaningful community activities.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  Provide person-centered support in community settings.Assist individuals in developing independence and life skills.Support participation in recreational, educational, and social activities.Encourage community integration and positive social interactions.Ensure the individual's health, safety, and well-being at all times.Complete required documentation and progress notes accurately and on time.Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.Qualifications

  Job Type: Part-Time
  Pay: $22
  
  Job Responsibilities
  
  Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.Support individuals in achieving greater independence at home and in the community.Accompany individuals to appointments, recreational activities, and community outings.Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.Assist with community engagement and skill-building activities.Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized service plans.Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.Qualifications
