This position is responsible for preparing completed trailers for shipment by performing final detailing, decal installation, inspections, and light assembly work. Training is provided, and we are willing to teach the right candidate.Responsibilities:Learn and identify different trailer models.Apply decals and stickers according to trailer specifications.Remove marker and chalk marks from the interior and exterior of trailers.Clean cabinets, floors, and other finished surfaces.Remove metal screw shavings and debris from trailer exteriors.Perform caulking and sealing tasks.Use a tape measure to accurately align decals and components.Install covers and vents using hand drills and basic hand tools.Wire 12-volt lights (easy to learn with training provided).Sand wood floors and prepare surfaces for final delivery.Inspect completed trailers and identify any damage or issues that could prevent shipment (training provided on what to look for).Qualifications:Ability to read a tape measure.Comfortable using hand tools and power drills.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and remain on your feet throughout the shift.Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.Previous manufacturing or trailer experience is helpful but not required.We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a desire to learn.
