Key Responsibilities
Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Proactively generate leads in corporate and industrial sectors.

Manage discovery, qualification, and final contract negotiations through long sales cycles.
Independently grow regional territory with high discipline.

Proven success in industrial, manufacturing, or corporate sales.
Comfortable working alongside product development and engineering teams.
Self-motivated with strong outside sales "hunting" mindset.
Skilled in building relationships across diverse industries such as medical, agriculture, and motorsports.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; company vehicle provided.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 $80,000.
Target Earnings: $100,000 $130,000+ OTE in year one (uncapped commissions).

Position Summary:Responsible for prospecting and selling Solvo products and services to organizations. Explain the benefits of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), aligning client expectations with Company deliverables. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, strategy, and planning. Develop short and long-term sales strategies to increase sales volume and profit margins.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by deadlines. Frequent domestic and occasional international travel required for onsite meetings, events, conferences, and training sessions (includes air travel, ground transportation, public transportation). Build and maintain relationships with team members across disciplines ensuring effective communication and service coordination. Attend webinars and training to stay updated on best practices. Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education preferred. At least two years of progressive sales experience with payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO B2B intangible sales. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new applications. Valid, non-restrictive driver's license required due to travel. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally occasionally. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
