Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and primingPaint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets, and other surfacesPerform touch-up painting between tenant turnoversMaintain clean and organized work areasProperly use and care for painting tools and equipmentIdentify and report maintenance issues observed during workComplete assignments efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
Previous professional painting experience requiredExperience with residential properties preferredAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical work including climbing laddersStrong attention to detail and workmanshipDependable attendance and punctuality
