This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated litigation matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong mentorship, direct client interaction, and meaningful responsibility from day one. This is a unique opportunity due to the firm's succession planning. A senior partner with a substantial book of business is expected to step back in the coming years, creating a clear path for the right attorney to develop key client relationships and help maintain and grow an established practice. The firm's practice includes a broad range of insurance defense matters, including construction defect litigation, insurance coverage disputes, medical malpractice defense, professional liability, and general liability claims . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience while working alongside experienced practitioners on complex matters.
