Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJetsetter Kids Club is a modern, high-end indoor play space and enrichment destination for children and families. We are hiring experienced Senior Team Leaders to help lead daily operations, oversee staff, book birthday parties and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for professionals who have managed teams in children’s entertainment centers, indoor play spaces, learning centers or family-focused venues and can confidently run a shift.
Schedule & Commitment
Part-time: 18 to 30 hours per weekMust be available for at least 6 weekend shifts per monthFlexible weekday availability preferredApplicants must include weekly availability when applyingWho You AreYou are polished, confident, and highly capable in a fast-paced environment. You are just as comfortable handling a difficult parent conversation as you are directing staff, managing flow, and stepping onto the floor when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and take ownership of your shiftSupervise, direct, and support junior team membersEnsure smooth execution of open play sessions and birthday partiesGreet and check in customers with professionalism and authorityVerify waivers and ensure all policies are followedHandle payments, bookings, credits, and scheduling accuratelyDrive party sales and program bookingsManage front desk flow during high-volume periodsResolve customer issues quickly, calmly, and professionallyStep in wherever needed, including:Monitoring play areasSupporting cleaning/reset between sessionsAssisting with or leading party executionRequired Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 5+ years of managerial experience in:Children’s play spaces or daycareFamily entertainment centersIndoor playgrounds or similar venuesProven ability to lead teams and run operations independentlyStrong customer service and conflict resolution skillsProfessional, clear, and confident communication styleComfortable with sales (parties, memberships, programs)Highly organized and detail-orientedOver 21 years oldMeet the physical requirementsLive within 10 miles of Lindenhurst, NY (11757)Reliable transportation requiredTech & Systems

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role that requires being on your feet for extended periods. You must be comfortable walking, standing, bending, and moving throughout the facility during your shift. The role may involve lifting and carrying light to moderate items (party supplies, equipment, furniture), assisting with room resets, and navigating play areas quickly and safely. You should be physically capable of keeping up in a fast-paced environment while maintaining awareness of children and surroundings at all times.
