What You’ll Do:
As a Floater, you’ll provide attendant care services on an as-needed basis, supporting multiple clients rather than being assigned to just one. Your responsibilities will include:

· Responding quickly to emergency or last-minute care needs
· Following each client’s individual care plan or habilitation plan
