    Position Summary

    This role serves as a key liaison between Corporate Recruiting and HR, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards while delivering excellent service to employees and applicants.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Serve as a liaison between the Corporate Recruiting Department and Human Resources by responding to applicant inquiries and supporting the new hire process.Ensure criminal background checks are completed prior to employment; review results with the Administrator when records reveal any charge(s) and maintain documentation in accordance with company procedures.Verify Office of Inspector General (OIG), EMR/NAR, professional licenses (when applicable), and employment references for all viable applicants.Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive understanding of organizational goals and expectations.Ensure all new employees are properly oriented and personnel files are complete, accurate, and compliant with agency policies and procedures; replace orientation or personnel forms as needed.Verify Social Security numbers and mail required letters when a Social Security Administration no-match is generated.Respond to employee questions related to UltiPro (HRIS).Enter new hire information and approved pay rates into the billing software and HRIS system.Ensure all positions have approved personnel requisitions, written job descriptions, security types, and payroll disciplines.Reset HR software passwords as necessary.Prepare terminated employee files for storage according to established company procedures.Process new scrub and shirt orders in accordance with established procedures.Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.Comply with all federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role is vital to ensuring smooth hiring processes, accurate personnel documentation, and a welcoming experience for new employees and contractors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven team in the healthcare services industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain and update staffing tools including the Staffing Workbook, Application Manager, and PCA tracking log.Coordinate applicant scheduling and assist with application completion (online or in-office).Process pre-employment screenings: background checks, OIG verifications, EMR/NAR checks, and testing.Verify references and manage competency documentation.Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding documents are completed and filed.Set up workstations and train new hires on timekeeping and software systems.Create and manage employee records in KT and UP systems within required timeframes.Scan and mail personnel files to Corporate HR in a timely manner.Provide ongoing support for employee system access, direct deposit setup, PTO requests, and personal information updates.Assist with employee terminations and ensure proper documentation in all systems.Support Corporate HR with file updates and compliance tracking.Participate in injury investigations and ensure timely submission of required documentation.Resolve payroll disputes and system-related issues.Run biweekly tracking reports and collaborate with Corporate Records Coordinator to maintain compliance.

Your responsibilities will include: · Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry · Responding quickly to emergency or last-minute care needs · Following each client’s individual care plan or habilitation plan · Traveling to client homes and community activities as needed · Maintaining confidentiality and complying with all regulations and policies
