    About the Role

    Location: Dallas TX (USA) onsite

    We are seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Packaging Technology to lead global teams in the development and integration of packaging solutions for high-performance semiconductor products. This role will focus on package architectures, assembly processes, thermal and mechanical reliability, and cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in semiconductor packaging technologies and a strong track record of bringing analog and power products from concept through qualification and high-volume production.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead the design, development, and qualification of semiconductor packaging solutions, including:Flip-chip, Chip Embedding, Wafer-level packaging (WLP/FOWLP)Panel-level packagingSystem-in-package (SiP), multi-chip modules (MCM) and power modulesLeaded packages for power applicationsDefine package architecture based on electrical, thermal, mechanical, reliability, and cost requirements.Drive package technology selection and development for new product introductions.Work closely with IC design, substrate, board, thermal, reliability, and manufacturing teams to ensure package compatibility and performance.Oversee package layout reviews, stack-up definition, material selection, and interconnect strategy.Perform and guide simulations and analysis related to thermal, mechanical, electrical, as well as design for manufacturability (DFM).Develop assembly flows and process requirements for captive plants and OSATs/manufacturing partners.Lead package qualification activities, including DOE planning, failure analysis, and reliability testing.Resolve packaging-related issues during NPI prototype builds, qualification, and production ramp.Collaborate with suppliers and internal/external manufacturing partners on process improvements, material evaluation, and yield optimization.Create and maintain package specifications, design rules, process documentation, and technical reports.Partner closely with corporate leadership to define multi-year capability/capacity roadmaps aligned with product and business growth, resource plans, and organizational strategy.

    Who You Are

    MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.15+ years of direct experience in semiconductor packaging or advanced electronics packaging.10+ years of global team management and leadership roles.Strong knowledge of packaging technologies, materials, and assembly processes.Experience with package reliability testing and qualification standards.Deep understanding of thermal, mechanical, and electrical interactions in package design and CPI (chip-package interaction).Experience working with OSATs, substrate vendors, assembly houses, and semiconductor supply chains.Ability to troubleshoot packaging failures and drive root cause/corrective action.Strong project and global team leadership and cross-functional communication skills.

    Diodes Incorporated is seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for key automotive accounts in California both directly and through working with rep firms. 

     

    Principle Duties and Responsibility: 

    Responsible for sales of Diodes Incorporated product lines in the Automotive accounts in CaliforniaDevelop strategic plans, annual budget, and performance reports, implement those plans, and communicate progress to executive team for key accounts to achieve new design wins and product sales Work closely with manufacturer’s sales representatives to drive business within territory, assigning plans and goals and tracking their progress against themDrive marketing, applications and engineering teams to define and develop new products for those key automotive customers in the region; alert sales and marketing to major design win opportunities and effectively communicate customer requirementsWork closely with territory FAE and directly support requirements in these key accountsRequires regular travel to support different locations of these kay accounts to support and drive sales efforts

    Senior Internal Auditor, Systems and Data Analytics

    Report-to: Internal Audit Director

     

    Key Responsibilities

    Data Analytics & Audit Innovation

    Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the internal audit Continuous Audit Monitoring (CAM) program.

    ·        Partner with business, technology, and audit stakeholders to develop analytics, automate audit testing, and support the design and implementation of a CAM program.

    Identify high-risk processes and controls that can be continuously monitored through automated testing and exception reporting.Design and maintain risk indicators, monitoring dashboards, and automated alerts.Develop and execute data analytics to support operational, financial, compliance, and technology audits.Promote a data-driven audit methodology across the audit team. 

     

    Operational Audits and Risk Assessment

    ·        Support the development and execution of the annual internal audit plan.

    Lead and execute operational, financial, compliance, and risk-based audits, from planning to report out and issue remediation.Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and operational procedures.Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and emerging risks; develop practical recommendations for improvement.Partner with management to develop corrective action plans and monitor remediation progress.Conduct walkthroughs, interviews, testing, and data analysis to evaluate business processes and controls.Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported audit workpapers and reports.

     

    Business Advisory and Partnership

    Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across internal teams, including Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT, and regional business teams.Support fraud-related activities, including participation in targeted investigations or reviews, as needed.Support SOX activities, and other adhoc, as needed.

     

    Qualifications

    Required

    Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.4-7+ years of experience in Internal or External Audit, IT Audit, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or related field.CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE or other relevant certifications a plus, or progress toward certification.Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls and frameworks (IIA, COSO), and audit methodologies.Experience performing data analysis using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Excel, or similar tools.Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Unwavering integrity, ethics, and strong professional skepticism.

     

    Preferred

    Knowledge of data governance, automation, AI and emerging audit technologies.Functional understanding of SOX compliance, regulatory requirements, business process and ITGC controls.Experience with CAM programs, as well as internal audit quality assessment programs (QAIP).Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to drive continuous improvement.Builds strong partnerships through a collaborative and constructive approach.Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across a variety of stakeholders.

     

    Language

    Required: Fluent in English (written and spoken).Mandarin a plus, but not required.

     

    Travel

    10-20% domestic and international travel is required.
