Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.Help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment.Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and physical well-being.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or personal care preferred.Previous experience in a caregiving role, preferably in home health or assisted living.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel to client locations.Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility as needed.Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus not required.Must pass background checks.Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.About Us:Dinah Care Home Health Agency has been serving the community for over a decade, providing exceptional home health care services.
