What You'll Do: Provide hands-on care and emotional support based on each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP) Partner with residents through prompting, cueing, and reminders Observe, document, and report changes in condition Support daily programs and meaningful engagement activities Assist with dining, housekeeping, and laundry services Promote safety, dignity, and Resident Rights at all times Communicate regularly with families and care leadership Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety standards You serve as a trusted advocate and consistent presence, building strong relationships that enhance quality of life. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ Experience working with seniors preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions CNA/HHA certification (as required by state, NJ required) Pay Range: 18.75 - 23.45 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
