    Job Scope

    Ensure assigned territory meets or exceeds Diasorin sales objectives.Work with Regional Sales Director to identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential, and establish and achieve sales objectives within assigned accounts.Negotiate contracts with customers, and drive high customer satisfaction through collaboration with support teams.Territory includes New Mexico and Arizona. Candidate must live in the territory, ideally Phoenix, AZ.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    Call on hospitals within assigned territory with a high percentage of visits being to prospect hospitals who are not yet Diasorin customers.Work to uncover and understand customer needs, position a differentiated Diasorin solution versus competitors, and develop and present unique solutions (clinical, operational and financial) that meet the needs of key decision makers to win new business.Provide fast and reliable sales support to existing hospital customers to establish and nurture strong client relationships.Grow the Diasorin test menu on all existing instruments within the assigned territory.Maintain high data integrity within the CRM by keeping opportunities, visit reports, competitive test volumes, and other fields, timely and accurate.Meet or exceed the sales plan designed to achieve established instrument and reagent revenue goals.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities

    Drive deep collaboration with Applications and Service colleagues to provide the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.Take the lead for all sales responsibilities in the implementation of new instruments within the territory to ensure fast and efficient customer "go-live".Prepare and execute business reviews, both internally and with existing customers.

    Education, Experience, and Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience with a demonstrated record of successExperience in the in vitro diagnostics market preferredSolid verbal and written communication skills including making impactful presentationsNegotiation, contracting and problem solving skillsAbility to work in a regulated environmentStrategic planning and organizational skills

    Working Conditions, Physical Demands, Travel, etc.

    Travel: Up to 60%Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time.Constantly operates a computer requiring repeated motions of arms, wrists and hands.Occasionally moves in and around the workplace for purposes of accessing office equipment, meeting with others, etc.Occasionally lifts up to 15 pounds.Work is performed in an office, home and at client sites.

Job Scope The Quality Control Inspector II will be responsible for executing Quality Control processes associated with purchased product, production, supplier quality and departmental calibration and maintenance, the inspection of purchased parts and assemblies used to manufacture Luminex products, overseeing and assuring calibration and maintenance of measuring and monitoring instruments, maintaining IQC laboratory supplies, maintaining the integrity and cleanliness of the QC work area, and supporting continuous process improvement projects and performing cross-functional job duties as necessary. This position will communicate supplier quality to internal and external parties as required. The Quality Control Inspector II will drive continuous improvement projects including the development of department inspection methods, resolutions to address audit observation, non-conformances, corrective actions, and customer complaints and resolutions to address Supplier Quality issues. This position will have occasional supplier interactions as well as frequent intra-department and inter-department interfaces with Quality Assurance, Instrument Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials and Production Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Document Control. Duties and Responsibilities Performing incoming dimensional inspection of precision machined, molded and electromechanical parts using hand tools (Caliper, Pin Gauges, Height Gauge, Thread Gauges, Micrometers etc.) Performing inspections with Optical Comparator, Digital Microscope, Profilometer experience needed Programming and operating Zeiss CMM and vision system using Calypso software. Process purchased materials for release. Application of GD perform inventory transfers; perform Oracle transactions; confirm field and production floor non-conformances. Lead and assist in continuous improvement projects. Conduct applicable departmental and interdepartmental training. Interface with other departments and participate in meetings as required. Ensure personal compliance and facilitate department compliance with the Quality System and Health and Safety policies. Monitor and stock of departmental supplies; generate Purchase Orders as needed. Assist in validations of test methods, equipment, processes. Drive the resolution of audit findings, observations, and recommendations. Participate in additional quality activities as required. Drive scheduling of day to day processes; ensure timely and accurate turnaround. Liaison with Purchasing for supplier interactions. Guide procurement for non-recurring resources. Assist in data analysis and reporting of department metrics as required. Assist in the development and improvements of incoming inspection methods, inspection plans, and test fixtures. Assist with departmental obligations for product design and development, design transfer, and market phases. Functional inspection and testing of critical components using spectrophotometers, vision systems, and CMMs. Lead in programming of CMM and vision system. Perform First Article Inspections of Alpha, Beta and Market Release products. Perform First Article Inspections on CMM Coordinate supplier source inspections. Assist in resolving Supplier Quality issues with regard to inspection methods. Investigate and communicate supplier quality issues / failures. Drive supplier resolution in supplier non-conformances. Assist in core Final QC functions and associated activities relating to Intermediate and Finished Product Control.
