The Opportunity
We are seeking an OB/GYN to join a dynamic, growing practice in Orange City, Florida, in partnership with AdventHealth Fish Memorial Hospital . This is a high-quality, well-supported practice with manageable volumes, advanced technology, and a strong midwifery collaboration model.
Practice Highlights
Partner hospital averages 900 deliveries annually OBs see approximately 25 patients per day Practice is growing with strong community demand Call is taken from home via beeper call Remote nursing team supports inbox management On-site surgical robot at the hospital Hospital uses Epic EHR ; clinic uses Athena ; Ambience AI for scribingResponsibilities
Provide full-scope outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care Perform gynecologic surgery in office and hospital settings Participate in a collaborative OB/CNM care model with CNM hospitalists Manage call responsibilities as part of a shared rotation Collaborate across clinical and support teams to deliver excellent patient experiences Participate in continuous quality improvement initiativesSchedule
1:4 call rotation with CNM support (call can be paired with clinic days) 2.5 clinic days + 1 surgery day per week Outpatient clinic located on the AdventHealth campusQualifications
