About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. This is not an order-taking role — we need a hunter and closer who knows how to prospect, build relationships, and win business.
The ideal candidate is relentless with outreach, confident in cold calling, strong face-to-face, and motivated by closing deals and growing territory revenue.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new business opportunities daily through cold calls, walk-ins, networking, and referralsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leadsSchedule and conduct in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makersPresent company solutions with confidence and professionalismNegotiate terms and close new accounts consistentlyManage regional relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and follow-up schedulesHit weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach, appointments, and signed accountsRepresent the company at trade shows, community events, and networking functionsWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in outside sales, territory sales, B2B sales, or account managementStrong cold calling and prospecting abilityNatural closer with a track record of exceeding goalsCompetitive mindset with strong self-motivationExcellent communication and negotiation skillsComfortable working independently in the fieldCRM experience preferredReliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned regionCompensation
