Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.Implement and manage tech tools or software platforms that streamline operations and improve efficiency.Coordinate with teams to optimize workflows and ensure that both our field operations and tech integrations are aligned with business goals.Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make operational improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a service-based industry.Familiarity with tech operations, software tools, or platforms that support operational efficiency.Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.A knack for problem-solving and a proactive approach to improving processes.
