Prepares detailed specifications for programs. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met. Applies principals, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements. Ensures that the common operating environment is compliant with the enterprise architecture and applicable reference models. Evaluate analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develop appropriate corrective action.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to meet contract milestones.
