    The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    Key Responsibilities

    Inbound Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria. Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs, challenges, and alignment with company offerings. Ensure all clients and prospects have an exceptional experience from their first interaction with the company.Lead Nurturing and Selling: Build strong relationships with leads to move them through the sales funnel. Deliver engaging and professional presentations via phone, email, and LinkedIn.Prospecting, Multi-Threading & Business Development: Research target companies to understand organizational structures and decision-making processes. Identify additional stakeholders to expand engagement and build familiarity with the company.

    Administrative & Collaboration:

    Provide detailed insights and notes in Salesforce to facilitate continued success.Maintain impeccable records of all interactions and updates in CRM.Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Proven experience in a similar role, such as BDR, SDR, or inside sales, preferably in a premium B2B environment.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with C-suite executives and senior leaders.Proficiency in Salesforce is a must, including maintaining accurate records and leveraging CRM tools effectively.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must.Committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.Experience in conducting research on companies and industries to inform multi-threaded sales strategies, a plus.A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.A passion for professional development and an interest in the companys mission of empowering business leaders.
